We are located in Austin, TX and Champaign, IL and provide opportunities to work in-person, hybrid or remote based on the role and business needs. We believe that providing in-person internship allows interns to gain the most experience at Electric Power Engineers.

Electric Power Engineers is made up of power system engineers, accounting, marketing, and business operations graduates and interns. We believe collectively, we are stronger when we have the best talents to support us towards our mission and vision.

Step 1: Apply – Apply to any of our open Intern or Early Career positions that match your background and location of interest. If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to create a profile through our careers site and upload your resume

Step 2: Screen – We will review your qualifications and experience. If your qualifications align with an open role,  a member of the recruiting team will reach out to conduct a screening call

Step 3: Interview – If selected for an interview, your recruiter will reach out to coordinate an interview time. The interview will depend on the type of position in which you are being considered and may be a combination of both technical and behavioral questions. Your recruiter will provide additional details to help you prepare.

Step 4: Offer – Congratulations, you have been selected to join our team!  We will notify you as soon as a decision is made and set up a call to discuss the details of your offer.
