JC Culberson is the director of NERC and regulatory compliance at EPE. He boasts a wealth of experience in the areas of NERC and regulatory compliance, transmission operations, RTO/ISO operations and planning, and ERO operations, with extensive NERC compliance consulting expertise related to the Transmission Operator, Reliability Coordinator, Balancing Authority, Transmission Owner, Transmission Planner, Generator Owner, and Generator Operator functional entities. JC has managed and led numerous compliance and operations departments in the energy industry, with a record of successful implementation of compliance processes and operations for these entities.
Lori Thompson is the Program Manager of NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Compliance at EPE. Lori is an experienced professional specializing in Regulatory Compliance. She has served as a key contributor for compliance related activities and has assisted with the management and coordination of compliance and training programs. In her prior experience, Lori was responsible for ensuring compliance of NERC O&P Reliability Standards. Lori is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Darrel Grumman is the NERC CIP Program Manager at EPE. He is a dynamic compliance professional with over 15 years of utility experience related to Transmission Owner, Transmission Operator, Transmission Planner, Generator Owner and Generator Operator functional entities with a focus on NERC Compliance program management and oversight.
