Electric Power Engineers has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Austin American-Statesman Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“This recognition is a great honor for our team,” said Hala Ballouz, president and CEO of EPE. “This accomplishment is a testament to the supportive workplace culture that our leaders and colleagues have cultivated at EPE. I believe that our thriving company culture is the cornerstone of our success.”

This is the first Top Workplaces recognition for Electric Power Engineers. The project recognizes the best places to work in the Austin metro area.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Electric Power Engineers has grown two-fold in the past two years and aims to continue its growth to meet the demands of the Energy Transition.

“Our talent acquisition team continues to seek out engineering and energy professionals who are excited to be a part of clean energy projects,” said chief people officer, Dana Smola. “We’re grateful for this recognition and look forward to adding more engaged colleagues to our ranks.”
